How to Check Room Availability Using the Scheduling Grid
To access the Scheduling Grids from within the Astra Portal, click the Calendars tab at the top left of the homepage, then click Scheduling Grids.
The button will open up the filters tab as seen above on the left side of the screen. You can use these filters can be used to best identify the room(s), date(s), and time(s) to best hold your event. It is highly recommended that you consult the scheduling grid prior to submitting a General Room Request. You can also hover your cursor over each meeting to see more details about the activity, including contact information, a full description, and other meetings for the activity, if applicable.
